Further to her 5th September, 2013  meeting at the European Commission (EC) in Brussels with veteran voting rights campaigner  Harry Shindler, there is another opportunity on the 14th of November, 2013 in a “Citizens’ Dialogue in Marseille” , for EU citizens (including British expats) to join the debate with European  Commission Vice-President Viviane Reding about their rights, the kind of Europe they want to live in,  and their expectations for the European Union.
